Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 T minced garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Steps:
- If chicken is too thick, cut or pound breasts into 1/2 inch thick. Place chicken in baking dish.
- Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Flip chicken in sauce so all sides are coated.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min or until internal temperature reaches 165. Make sure to flip chicken halfway through cooking!
