A great hands-free recipe! Pop it in the oven and be patient, deliciousness is coming! Recipe from http://cookinglsl.com

    Ingredients:

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 T soy sauce
    • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 1/2 T minced garlic
    • 2 tsp oregano
    • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

    Steps:

    1. If chicken is too thick, cut or pound breasts into 1/2 inch thick. Place chicken in baking dish.
    2. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Flip chicken in sauce so all sides are coated.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min or until internal temperature reaches 165. Make sure to flip chicken halfway through cooking!
