  • Bacon Banana Pepper Dip

    This dip is perfect for football Saturdays or friendsgiving! Fair warning, a little bit goes a long way! Recipe by http://ericasrecipes.com

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup finely chopped banana peppers (from jar)
    • 1/2 cup juice from peppers
    • 1 block cream cheese
    • 1 T minced garlic
    • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

    Steps:

    1. Cook bacon and crumble into small pieces. Dice banana peppers into small pieces.
    2. Combine all ingredients except 1 cup PJ cheese in a bowl. Pour into greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 min until hot and melty!
