Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely chopped banana peppers (from jar)
- 1/2 cup juice from peppers
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 T minced garlic
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
Steps:
- Cook bacon and crumble into small pieces. Dice banana peppers into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients except 1 cup PJ cheese in a bowl. Pour into greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 min until hot and melty!
