    Another wonderful recipe from my mama’s kitchen! A perfect dish for a cold day!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 pound sirloin tip roast
    • 1/2 pack lipton onion soup mix
    • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

    Steps:

    1. Cut roast into bite sized pieces. Saute in dutch oven until lightly browned.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked white rice.
