
If you’re a ranch lover like I am, these porkchops are for you! This recipe came from a meal prep service, Every Plate!
Ingredients:
- 4 porkchops
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 6 T sour cream
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 3 T vegetable oil
- 5 T ranch seasoning
Steps:
- Pound porkchops to 1/3 inch thick. Combine panko, 3 T ranch seasoning, juice and zest of 1/2 the lemon, and 2 T sour cream.
- Add with porkchops in ziploc bag and shake to coat.
- Cook porkchops on med heat in 3 T veg oil until golden brown. Salt porkchops as soon as you remove them from the pan.
For the sauce:
Combine remaining sour cream, ranch seasoning, zest and juice from lemon and mix well to combine.
