
Another recipe from my mom’s kitchen! This was a favorite of mine growing up. What kid (and adult) doesn’t like Doritos??
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 8 oz Velveeta, cubed
- 19 oz bag of nacho cheese Doritos
Steps:
- Cook chicken and shred. Mix with soup and rotel and stir to combine.
- Crush Doritos and add all but two cups, mixing well.
- Fold in cheese cubes and pour into casserole dish.
- Top with remaining chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
