  • Goat Cheese Spinach Artichoke Dip

    This rich, cheesy spinach artichoke dip will have you forgetting about chips and eating it with a fork, it’s that good!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 bags frozen spinach
    • 2 cans artichoke hearts
    • 2 blocks cream cheese
    • 8 oz goat cheese
    • 2 T minced garlic
    • 1 T onion powder
    • 1 cup shredded parmesan
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chili flakes (optional)

    Steps:

    1. Steam bags of spinach. Let cheeses soften.
    2. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Salt and pepper to your preferred taste.
    3. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 min or until hot and melty.
