
This rich, cheesy spinach artichoke dip will have you forgetting about chips and eating it with a fork, it’s that good!
Ingredients:
- 2 bags frozen spinach
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 cup shredded parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili flakes (optional)
Steps:
- Steam bags of spinach. Let cheeses soften.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. Salt and pepper to your preferred taste.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 min or until hot and melty.
