
This recipe was inspired by Every Plate! I love sauteed onions on a burger, so this was a perfect recipe for me!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 yellow onion
- buns
- 1 T mayo
- 1/2 T dijon mustard
- 1 T garlic powder
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
Steps:
- Season beef with garlic powder and Worcestershire. Divide into 4 patties.
- Chop yellow onion and saute until soft.
- Cook patties to your preferred temperature. Toast buns.
- For aioli, combine mayo, mustard, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Build your burger with whatever extra toppings you like and enjoy!
