  • Griddled Onion Burgers

    This recipe was inspired by Every Plate! I love sauteed onions on a burger, so this was a perfect recipe for me!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 T minced garlic
    • 1 yellow onion
    • buns
    • 1 T mayo
    • 1/2 T dijon mustard
    • 1 T garlic powder
    • 2 T Worcestershire sauce

    Steps:

    1. Season beef with garlic powder and Worcestershire. Divide into 4 patties.
    2. Chop yellow onion and saute until soft.
    3. Cook patties to your preferred temperature. Toast buns.
    4. For aioli, combine mayo, mustard, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Build your burger with whatever extra toppings you like and enjoy!
