
When we were all stuck at home back in 2020, I spent most of my spare time in the kitchen! This easy pie/pastry dough is a beginner friendly recipe for all!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 sticks of butter, cut into thin pats
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 T ice water
Steps:
- Using a food processor, combine all ingredients just until the dough forms together. You do not want to overmix!
- Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface. Fold into thirds, then into thirds again.
- Chill in the fridge at least one hour before using.
