  • Nanny’s Make-Ahead Potatoes

My boyfriend’s grandmother, who we call Nanny, makes the BEST potatoes! Every holiday she makes them just for me. Okay, well, maybe not JUST for me, but I like to think so!

    Ingredients:

    • 5 pounds red potatoes
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 6 oz cream cheese
    • salt

    Steps:

    1. Peel, cut, and boil potatoes until tender. Once finished, mix all ingredients and mash to desired consistency. Salt to your liking.
    2. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

*Best if left in fridge overnight!*
