  • Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

I’ve been making these for years now. I took them to a family Christmas party a few years ago, and I still get asked every year if I am bringing some! I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like these

    Ingredients:

    • 2 pounds ground sausage (pork or deer)
    • 2 blocks cream cheese
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar
    • 4 cans crescent rolls

    Steps:

    1. Cook sausage and drain any excess grease. Mix with cream cheese and cheddar until combined well.
    2. Place generous scoop onto crescent roll and fold to cover the filling. Repeat for remainder of crescent rolls.
    3. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min or until golden brown

*I even enjoy these straight out of the fridge! They are great warm or cold!*
