
I’ve been making these for years now. I took them to a family Christmas party a few years ago, and I still get asked every year if I am bringing some! I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like these
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground sausage (pork or deer)
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 4 cans crescent rolls
Steps:
- Cook sausage and drain any excess grease. Mix with cream cheese and cheddar until combined well.
- Place generous scoop onto crescent roll and fold to cover the filling. Repeat for remainder of crescent rolls.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min or until golden brown
*I even enjoy these straight out of the fridge! They are great warm or cold!*
