  • Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Chicken

    See Goat Cheese Spinach Artichoke Dip for the filling! If you’re crazy and don’t want extra dip to eat on the side, divide the dip recipe into 1/4.

    Ingredients:

    • Goat Cheese Spinach Artichoke Dip
    • 4 chicken breasts
    • Italian seasoning

    Steps:

    1. Butterfly cut almost all the way through your chicken breast to create a pocket.
    2. Place a heaping spoonful of filling into each breast. Sprinkle with italian seasoning.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or until chicken reaches 165 internally.
