  • Apple Pie Overnight Oats

I am not at all a morning person! Breakfast won’t happen unless I have something I can throw in the microwave and take on the go! That’s why overnight oats are one of my favorite recipes, especially this apple pie flavor, but there are endless varieties you could create.

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 container Dannon Light and Fit Caramel Apple Pie Greek Yogurt
    • 1/2 apple, chopped
    • 3 T honey
    • 1 tsp cinnamon

    Steps:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or another airtight container and place in the fridge overnight.

I like to heat mine up, but my boyfriend eats his cold- whatever you prefer!

*Add 2 T chocolate chips or caramel for a sweetness boost! Or add nuts and seeds for more protein.*
