This recipe is a favorite at Tanner’s family dinners! This recipe comes from his great grandmother, Wanda Jean, so you know it’s a good one! It’s been in their family for multiple generations and never disappoints our tummies!!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 10 oz bags frozen broccoli
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 2 T flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 8 oz jar of cheese spread
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup crushed crackers

    Steps:

    1. Cook broccoli and drain well. Set aside.
    2. Sautee onion in a little bit of butter until tender. Add flour and stir well. Add in water and cook until smooth.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in beaten eggs and cheese sauce. Add broccoli and stir well to combine. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
    4. Toss crackers in melted butter and top casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 min or until heated through and crackers are browned.
