  • Hot Honey Chicken

This is one of my favorite things to make when I’m craving some saucy chicken tenders! The sweet and spicy honey pairs with the savory chicken perfectly.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 T garlic powder
    • 1/2 T onion powder
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 2-3 beaten eggs
    • Salt to taste

    For sauce:

    • 1/2 cup hot honey
    • 3 T hot sauce
    • 2 T melted butter

    Steps:

    1. Mix flour, seasonings, and breadcrumbs in a bowl and salt to your preference. Bread chicken in flour mixture, egg, then flour mixture again.
    2. Fry chicken in about 1 inch of oil. Flip halfway through.
    3. As soon as chicken is finished, remove from grease and toss in hot honey sauce.
