  • Peach Cobbler

This recipe is almost identical to my Strawberry Cobbler recipe, except you use peaches! We had some fresh peaches from the farmer’s market that needed to be used, but didn’t quite have enough to make peach ice cream, so it’s cobbler time!

    Ingredients:

    • 16 oz fresh, frozen, or canned peaches
    • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

    Steps:

    1. Cook peaches and 1/2 cup sugar in a pot until sugar has dissolved.
    2. Pour peaches into greased baking dish.
    3. Use food processor to combine 1/2 the butter and all the flour together. Dough should be dry and crumbly! Sprinkle over peaches.
    4. Melt the remaining butter and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Dollop on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
