My mom made this recipe all the time when I was growing up. It tastes like home to me! It’s the perfect belly-warming recipe for the colder months, or if I’m missing home a little more!

    Ingredients:

    • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    • 1 can cream of chicken
    • 1 block cream cheese
    • 1/2 T garlic powder
    • 1/2 T onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 sleeve of ritz crackers
    • 3 T melted butter

    Steps:

    1. Mix chicken, seasonings, soup, and cream cheese and mix until well combined.
    2. Pour into casserole dish.
    3. Crush ritz crackers and toss in melted butter.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min or until crackers are golden brown.
