  • Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

I saw a recipe similar to this on TikTok, and decided to try to make it myself! I’m doing this recipe in a crock pot, but you can definitely do it on the stovetop if you don’t have the patience to wait all day 😉 Also, if you wanted to make the recipe even easier, you could just use the Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parmesan wing sauce!

    Ingredients:

    • 3-4 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
    • 1 lb potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
    • 3 minced garlic cloves
    • 1 T butter
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 T thyme
    • 1/2 T onion powder
    • 1/2 cup parmesan
    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Steps:

    1. Combine all ingredients except mozzarella in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours! Top with mozzarella the last 30 minutes.
