  • Crock Pot Overnight Breakfast Casserole

    Is there anything better than waking up to the smell of breakfast? With this crock pot breakfast casserole, you’ll be dreaming of eggs and bacon all night long! The great thing about this recipe, you can change it up! Try different breakfast meats, cheeses, veggies to keep it interesting!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bag breakfast potatoes or shredded hashbrowns
    • 1 lb meat of choice (bacon, sausage, ham, etc)
    • 16 oz shredded cheese (we use cheddar)
    • 1 diced bell pepper
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 diced onion
    • 12 eggs
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Steps:

    1. Cook meat and drain any excess grease.
    2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot except half the cheese.
    3. Place on low overnight. The next morning top with more cheese and keep on warm until ready to eat!
