  • Spicy Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Another slow cooker recipe for you! It has been a long, HOT summer here in Alabama, and I just can’t bring myself to use the oven most days. I refuse to break a sweat inside the house, so I often opt for the crock pot when I can!

    Ingredients:

    • 4 pork chops
    • 4 cloves minced garlic
    • 1/2 T onion powder
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 3 T butter
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 1/3 cup ketchup
    • 1 T red pepper flakes
    • 3 T hot sauce or sriracha

    Steps:

    1. Mix all ingredients and place in crock pot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours. Make sure pork chops reach at least 145 degrees!
