
Another slow cooker recipe for you! It has been a long, HOT summer here in Alabama, and I just can’t bring myself to use the oven most days. I refuse to break a sweat inside the house, so I often opt for the crock pot when I can!
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 T onion powder
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 T butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 T red pepper flakes
- 3 T hot sauce or sriracha
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients and place in crock pot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours. Make sure pork chops reach at least 145 degrees!
