  • Crock Pot BBQ Pork Chops

We’ve been under an extreme heat advisory in Alabama for weeks, so I’m doing everything I can to not have to heat up the oven. Thankful for slow cookers!

    Ingredients:

    • Pork chops
    • BBQ rub
    • Garlic powder
    • Onion powder
    • Your favorite BBQ sauce

    Steps:

    1. Season pork chops and place in crock pot. Add 1 cup bbq sauce and mix to ensure pork chops are covered.
    2. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours. Make sure pork chops reach at least 145 degrees!
